If you have just registered and do not receive an Email within a few minutes, your
Email address may have been rejected by a mail server. PeterBlum.com gets several
"Undeliverable Mail" messages each day caused by these problems:
- You entered the email address incorrectly. Please return to the Download page and
enter the registration information correctly.
- Your mailbox is blocking the email. Please set your spam blocker to allow Emails
coming from PeterBlum.com.
- Your mailbox is full.
- There is a mail server problem of some other kind. Please return to the Download
page and enter registration information with a different valid Email address.
If you have previously downloaded and are attempting to get an update but cannot
locate your
serial number, fill in the Email Address field above and click
here.
You will receive an email with all serial numbers and passwords registered to this
Email address.
