Peter's Data Entry Suite v4.0.6 Service Release

Peter's Data Entry Suite and its associated modules have been updated to v4.0.6.

As a result of the time between releases, there are numerous small enhancements and bug fixes. See the release notes.

This release includes a prerelease of the new "DES Dynamic Data" module. Since v4.0.4, extensive enhancements have been made to DES Dynamic Data. See the release notes and the DES Dynamic Data User's Guide.

This is a free service release for DES v4 customers.
