Using Peter's Polling Package with ASP.NET 2.0 and higher

Peter's Polling Package v1.1.3 is compatible with ASP.NET 2.0 and later but does not provide any enhancements introduced in those versions.
There will not be a version compiled with ASP.NET 2.0 enhanced features unless there is a compelling reason to do so.
